Everything in allfine.ai is shaped by one goal: low effort to use, low risk of going wrong. Every feature requires an active subscription — the equivalent of only €1 a month.

Daily self-watch
Pick the time of day that suits you. The app sends a push notification at that time, every day, in your timezone. Tap All fine to record the check-in. The schedule respects daylight-saving transitions and travel — set your timezone once and forget about it.

Caretaker escalation
Invite anyone you trust to be your caretaker. They get notified only if you miss a check-in within the grace window you've chosen — typically two hours. Multiple caretakers are supported. You can revoke a relationship at any time.

Email alerts that arrive
Alarm and confirmation emails are sent from alarm@allfine.ai; support replies come from support@allfine.ai. Users and caretakers should make sure their inboxes accept both senders — some email providers wrongly file these messages as spam or newsletters. To achieve this, it may even be necessary to deactivate the inbox’s automatic filters or its intelligent-inbox features (for example when using a GMX email account). If an expected email is missing, check those folders and add both addresses to your contacts.

Digital Inheritance
Store one encrypted file (up to 1 MB) and name a beneficiary. If you stop checking in for a number of days you define, we warn you by email first — then deliver the file automatically. A letter, instructions, access documents: your choice, replaceable and deletable at any time.

Give a year of safety
Buy a 1-year subscription gift and share the code — the recipient activates it in the app in seconds. No account details needed from you.

Travel-aware timing
Travelling? Update your timezone in Settings before you go. The next check-in shifts to your local time — no double pings, no missed days while crossing dates.

Privacy by design
We collect what's needed to deliver pushes and remember who watches whom. We don't sell data, run ads, or track you across the web. Account deletion removes everything within seven days.

Reliability first
The backend runs the schedule, not your phone. If your phone is off, the push waits in the notification system. If the network is unreliable, the check-in retries. Caretaker alerts have their own grace window — false alarms are rare.
